We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service.
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. All subscription plans are managed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing you agree to:
To cancel or manage your subscription, visit your Apple ID subscription settings. Tralo does not process subscription payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside of Apple's standard policies.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All content, design, code, data, and materials within the App — including but not limited to the Tralo name, logo, interface design, and proprietary algorithms — are owned by or licensed to Tralo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Gemini (AI recommendations), Google Hotel API, and flight data providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tralo disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Tralo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed travel deals, incorrect price data, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tralo is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.
